Job Summary
The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for delivering professional, friendly, and efficient guest services, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience while maintaining high customer service standards throughout the guest’s stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately, efficiently, and courteously.
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner; handle guest requests throughout their stay.
- Provide attentive service to VIP guests and corporate clients, ensuring personalized care.
- Ensure all guest registration information (room type, room rate, guest details) is accurate and updated in the system.
- Handle telephone calls in accordance with hotel standards and etiquette.
- Record and assist in resolving guest complaints or concerns, escalating to the Front Office Manager when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and working area.
- Stay alert to unusual or emergency situations and report immediately to the relevant authority.
- Protect hotel property and maintain effective coordination with other departments.
Requirements
- Good spoken English
- Proficient in using computers for work
- Candidates with relevant experience are preferred..
